Blue Stone Kennels guarantees pup to be current on vaccinations and free from the following:
Distemper, Adenovirus, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus, Leptospira, Coronavirus as well as any life threatening genetic defects.
IN ACCORDANCE WITH CONTRACT AGREEMENT THE FOLLOWING APPLY:
- Puppies to be shipped are requited to be paid for in full prior to 6 weeks of age so we may ship at 8 weeks. Puppy will be shipped with a current Certificate of Health by a licensed veterinarian.
- Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another litter prior to 6 weeks of age (ONE TIME ONLY).
- Both parties agree that no dogs / puppies, nor Sire or Dam of such have been bred for fighting or any illegal purpose.
- Buyer agrees that pup must have all vaccination at time they are due by a licensed veterinarian.
CONCERNING BLUE STONE KENNELS’ GUARANTEE:
- Buyer agrees to have pup examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of transfer. If at that time pup is found to have any of the above mentioned, Blue Stone Kennels will refund purchase price or replace the pup (at Blue Stone Kennels discretion). Any illness found must be confirmed by at least 2 licensed veterinarians one of whom Blue Stone Kennels chooses. Buyer will be given an additional 48 hours to notify Blue Stone Kennels of any findings from the initial examination performed within the allotted 72 hours. If pup is not examined within the 72 hour timeframe guarantee is null and void.
- Due to variations in quality of health care and foods, in addition to the fact that there is not a vaccine available for every canine illness, we require that your puppy be on a supplement recommended by us. Your dog must be on this supplement for your health guarantee to be honored by us.
Blue Stone Kennels reserves the right to name the puppies on the registration papers. Buyer may give the call name.
By sending a deposit, I have read, understood and agreed with the terms of this contract described above.
If you do not agree with the terms of this contract - DO NOT SEND A DEPOSIT!!!
